What we collect

Details you give us in the pilot request form: your name, email address, optional phone number, your creative brief, and any link to product photos or a catalog.

Product photos and files you send us by email, WhatsApp or shared link so we can produce your images and videos.

Basic technical data that our hosting provider records when you load a page, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request. We do not use advertising cookies. Your language and currency choices are stored only in your own browser.

How we use it

To reply to your request, prepare quotes, deliver your project, and handle revisions, invoices and support.

We do not sell your data and do not use your product photos to promote DigiFleek without your written permission.

Who processes it for us

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. If you contact us on WhatsApp, Meta processes those messages under its own terms. These providers may store data outside Saudi Arabia.

How long we keep it

Project files are kept for 90 days after delivery and then deleted. Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Invoices are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for us to contact you. Email ksonbul@hotmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +966 54 832 3069. We reply within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
